    Today (14/08) the central bank of China let the yuan appreciate 0.05 percent against the US dollar, effectively ending three consecutive days of devaluation.   • Indonesia Stock Exchange: Initial Public Offering Bank Harda Internasional

    On Wednesday (12/08), Bank Harda Internasional became the 12th company to list on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015. The bank released 800 million shares to the public at a price of IDR 125 (USD $0.01) per share hence raising IDR 100 billion (USD $7.2 million) through the initial public offering (IPO).     The fall of Indonesian stocks and the rupiah on Wednesday (12/08) is much more severe than had previously been expected.
