Indonesia is currently undergoing transformations where all the developments are changing from rural to urban economy. According to World Bank, Indonesia is one of the fastest growing countries in Asian region with average growth of 4.1 per cent annually. By 2025, it is predicted about 68 percent of Indonesians will be living in urban areas. Unfortunately, factors that affected this transformation, such as urbanization and high Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is not aligned with the provision of proper infrastructures, including development in housing sector.
