Kawasan Industri Jababeka
PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk is the first publicly listed industrial estate developer in Indonesia. It has evolved into a fully integrated enterprise, offering a full range of real estate, infrastructure, logistics and leisure products and facilities. Currently, the company owns strategic land banks in three locations in Indonesia (all on the island of Java): Kota Jababeka, Cilegon Industrial Park, and Tanjung Lesung.

Business Summary
The company's township development includes:
- Kota Jababeka (Cikarang); fully integrated matured township development spanning 5,600 hectares
- Cilegon Industrial Estate (Cilegon); 1,000 hectares for medium/heavy industries
- Tanjung Lesung (Banten); 1,500 hectares integrated township development with a focus on leisure, tourism and hospitality
Kawasan Industri Jababeka's real estate business segment consists of industrial, residential and commercial products. Its infrastructure & services business segment consists of power generation, water & waste water infrastructure, and dry port services.
The company has started to tap the power generation sector in January 2013 by providing power to state-enterprise Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) through its Bekasi Power Plant (BPP). PLN has a monopoly on electricity distribution in Indonesia.
Real estate sales account for 70 to 80 percent of the company's total sales, the remainder comes from its recurring businesses (service & maintenance, power, dry port, golf and rental).
