Proceeds from the IPO will be used to strengthen the structure of the company’s long-term financing, for further business development, and for credit expansion (to be carried out in the second half of this year).

In 2015, Bank Harda Internasional’s net interest income rose 11.1 percent to IDR 81.7 billion from 2014. Its net profit climbed 8.6 percent to 12.4 billion over the same period.

There are currently 517 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Recently, IDX President Director Tito Sulistio said stock transactions on the IDX are targeted to increase to IDR 15 trillion per day over the next two or three years from about IDR 5.5 trillion currently (far behind transactions on stock exchanges in regional peers such as Thailand and China).
